Highly recommend staying at the Trim Castle Hotel. Room was spotless, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was lovely. Standards of hygiene were excellent and we felt really safe. We will definitely return

Good room, great location. Water pressure in bathroom a bit sad as is the petty car park charge for guests. Really guys? First thing that hits you so no great first impression. Mid-week package including dinner not good value esp very poor vegetarian option. Nice staff though.

Very enjoyable stay and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Be aware that breakfast is fully self-service including making your own tea and toast.

Had a great time in Trim, the scenery of the castle and grounds were just perfect, the local public houses were very welcoming and the people were both curtious and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, the dinner and breakfast were top drawer, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, had perfect black out curtains and an amazing view of the castle but most importanty, the staff were brilliant. in particular I would like to mention Sean who served us at breakfast. He couldn't do enough and should be commended for his work. We will definitely return to Trim Castle Hotel in the new year.. :-)......

Hello, We enjoyed our stay recently at The Castle Hotel Trim,very good staff very attentive on all counts,we did find the Dinner menu rather restive and did not feel that for an extra 6.50eu for some one having a Steak of any kind rather excessive to say the least! Regards Noel & ita Hendrick.

we stayed at Trim Castle Hotel for two nights,the room was exceptional,the dinner each evening (room service on one evening),was exceptional,the staff were efficient,and well trained,,we would like to say thank you for a fantastic break,and for the lovely birthday surprise in the room on arrival,,we will be back and have already recommended the hotel to friends,)))))))

staff were lovely and very helpful. breakfast was very good. Dinner that was included in my package was not great. We were only allowed 17.99 on a 2 course meal. having to pay for car park was a bit petty

Nestled in the delightful surroundings of Trim, we had a beautiful experience, Staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. Our room over looked Trim castle it was bright and airy and spotless clean. We were provided with dressing gowns and slippers and it was nice to have a selection of herbal teas for us to enjoy in our room. Our evening meal was deliciously tasty the menu had a good selection that would suit all taste buds. Highly recommend a stay.

Trim Castle is really a five star hotel as regards the staff.we were given two great rooms as requested with great views.The bar manager and all bar staff were so attentive.My father is diabetic and they saw to him quickly with his dinner as the restaurant does not open on Sundays this was the only problem we encountered we should have been told this when booking.Trim Castle is a great tourist attraction well worth a visit.

Great hotel, room was nice and a lovely balcony. Staff were great only complaint is that the pool and gym is a ten minute walk away and not in the hotel which I didn't realise when I was booking.

Just a fabulous hotel. The view from our room over looked the Castle, staff are so nice and exsteamly helpful. Food was very taste and great value for money, its just a beautiful hotel overall. I will be back again and would highly recommend it too.

My recent stay at Trim Castle Hotel was extremely pleasant and relaxed. My partner and I stayed in your hotel for three nights along with our 21 month old baby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They encapsulate the old view - that of Ireland being a warming and welcoming place with lots to offer holiday goers. Our room was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at your hotel. I’d like to compliment the reception staff, the barista staff, the manager and the waiting staff of the Bailey Bar in particular We also availed of the Aura Leisure Centre and were delighted with the reception we received there. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the facilities were excellent. This helped to make our time spent in Trim a memorable one. We shall certainly stay at your hotel again soon.

Trim Castle Hotel we taught was very good value.We had a room right across from the Castle which was lit up at night and it was very a very nice room and the food top notch.Everyone seemed very nice and welcoming at the hotel.Especially our waitress at the bar restraunt.If in Trim we would stay there again.Lidl breaks got this one right.

we stayed on a tuesday night. at no extra charge we got a castle view room. dinner was very nice, 3 courses as part of the 98 euro package and tea/coffee too. hotel was spotless and nice and quiet. staff were friendly. had a nice sandwich delivered to room at midnight. breakfast was good in morning, served until 10.30am. we will definitely return again.

hotel right in the centre of Trim. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Room beautiful. Did the break 49 each for bed breakfast and evening meal. the evening meal was in the bar with a lovely view of the castle, we had a 4 course meal the presentation would not have looked out of place in a top class restaurant. The food was beautiful full of flavour. Breakfast next morning was served in the restaurant and was lovely. Great value, great hotel , great deal :)

we had a lovely time at trim castle the staff were very nice and well worth the money, only one complaint my husband went down for breakfast but i didnt i asked him to bring me up some tea and toast and he was told in the breakfast room that he could not do this i think that was totally out of order as the breakfast was paid for ! im sure if he asked one of the staff to bring it up they would have gladly done so in order to charge room service, over all it was well worth the money.

Cannot find one negative thing to say! Room very comfortable and well equipped, including free wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent and ambiance pleasant. Upgraded from the included two course dinner to the 5 course set dinner for only %u20AC5 per person, which was incredibly good value! Hotel is directly opposite Trim Castle and even on a very cold January day a short walk along the river and a guided tour of the Castle was really enjoyable and interesting, with wonderful views from the keep of the Castle. Would thoroughly recommend Trim Castle Hotel for a pleasant short break

Had an excellant weekend in Trim Castle Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice food and good value for money on our meal in the restaurant. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice peaceful, stressfree weekend. :-)

Great stay in this hotel and a top quality meal in the restaurant! The only criticism I have is of the breakfast buffet. I'm not a fan of buffets anyway but the one in this hotel was very busy and the food kept running out. Plus the area that the buffet was set up was very small. Other than that I can't fault it!

The hotel was excellent in every respect. The room fwas antastic, very big with a big balcony. The food was amazing and the service brilliant. Trim is lovely, clean and with nice places to eat. The castle is stunning and right beside the hotel. We went with three other couples and we are all looking forward to going back

Hotel and staff and food really adhere to its 4 star rating and I would recommend for anyone to stay at Trim Castle. The value true Lidl breaks was outstanding also.
