Stayed in a lovely spacious family room, reception staff and leisure centre staff very friendly and helpful. James in the rest/bar also very nice, food beautiful in bar first night we ate there. Second night, different staff on, waiting a long time for drinks, bar only half full. Some of the staff could do with some customer service upskilling.... Ordered food for the kids which arrived with no cutlery, he went to get some and stopped at table next to us on his return to check if they were OK and needed anything as he held our cutlery.... We were also told on same night we couldn't order any adult food till 8pm. We were there at 6.30pm, and bar was only half full as I said, we sat outside and my husband was told he had to go in and order drinks from bar, no table service. So this was a bit disappointing, but wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

Food was lovely in the bar n staff were very friendly. There was No air conditioning in the room n it was very hot hard to sleep. Asked reception for a breakfast Card to hang on the door she said she would get someone to drop it up disappointed this didn’t happen n we couldn’t have breakfast in bed as a treat

Nice friendly staff, room was nice although not very clean. It was very dusty mainly and looked like it hadn't had a polish in a while. Food was lovely and a good location.

Matt scored 1 / 5 on 06/11/2017

The room was worn but fine, the staff were not rude but not what I would expect from hotel staff. We went for food the first night to the hotel seated at 6.80, served at 8.30. On top on that the food was rubblish, it tainted the rest of our experience at the hotel.

Really enjoyed our two night stay at the Middleton Park. We had dinner on one night and the food was excellent. Also breakfast was very good with all needs catered for. We visited the Leisure Centre which was most enjoyable. Room and beds were most comfortable. All staff were both efficient and friendly. We recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future.

Lovely hotel -& leisure centre. Friendly & helpful staff. Our newly refurbished room was very comfortable. & the cleaning staff work hard and do a great job. The bar area was cold whilst we were having our meal one evening. I would suggest improvement is required in this respect. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Hi .My family are just back from a one night stay there . I'm glad it was only one night . We had a family room .The children's bed were just two camp beds really shocking and very uncomfortable especially for our 12 year old . The room was very modern and lovely very well decorated . The breakfast is very poor quality . The quality of tea and coffee is very poor . The sausages are also awful . We ate in the bar on the night of our stay ,the food is not good and no way value for money . A glass of poor quality wine poured from an opened big bottle of wine for 7.50 Euro . Also a glass of cranberry juice poured from carton also almost 3 Eur . Paying for food drink etc is perfect no matter how much if it's good quality this unfortunately is not . I wouldn't think this hotel is a four star at all .

Bigsurvivor66jf scored 4 / 5 on 23/02/2016

We were delighted with the comfortable, spacious and very well appointed room. Our evening meal was tasty and very enjoyable, served by friendly, accommodating staff in a spacious dining room . Breakfast was beautifully cooked and kept under properly operating heating covers. This hotel had the feel of a 4 Star and gave us a lovely Valentine Break. And we appreciated the complimentary news papers which we read, all the way, on the train to Dublin on Monday.

Tatum scored 3 / 5 on 19/01/2016

We stayed here recently, it was a nice hotel very pleasant to deal with on check in. The room was lovely but the only down side was two single beds pushed together which isn't comfortable. We had a meal Booked in the hotel also, and we also had lunch there. Lunch was ok but they waiter seemed to forget our drinks. I presumed this was just a oversight it can happen no problem. However at dinner time it was busy but clearly under staffed taking 25 minutes for our order to be taken and forgetting our drinks again. The couple beside us asked for their drink 5 times! There was one young girl seeming to do all the work who I felt sorry for. I don't think its the staffs problem but they are very understaffed! The main course wasn't great but we are it anyway. It was a nice stay lovely newly decorated hotel but some small details leave them down.

My husband and I stayed at the Midleton Park Hotel for one night on Saturday 14th November 2015. We booked our stay via the Newstalk Hotels website and found it easy to do the booking. We got a very good rate for one night's B & B with dinner. We were thrilled with our room on the third floor, in fact it was one of the nicest hotels rooms we have had over the past number of years. The food in the bar was lovely. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was being used for a private function. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was lovely. Our stay wasn't long enough to use the hotel's swimming pool but we do hope to return on another occasion with our children and will use that facility. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Caroline - Waterford.

A really mediocre 2 star hotel with old dated rooms and broken furniture. Main areas have been made over but leaking windows, smelly corridors etc elsewhere. Breakfast good standard but avoid bar food.Noisy rooms to the front of the hotel. 5 minute walk to town and close to multiplex cinema- the only benefits of staying

Lynch scored 5 / 5 on 15/07/2015

Would absolutely recommend this Hotel . Just back after a two night stay with B&b & dinner incl with my husband and little boy of 19 months . The staff are brilliant , the food is excellent , facilities such as the leisure centre is top class & the bed was so so comfortable . Its been a long time since we experienced a hotel with really nice courteous staff .

We spent a wonderful weekend at Midleton Park Hotel in mid June 2015. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we received good service from the staff. Reception is the face and the first impression of the hotel. Staff at reception nailed it. We were given a nice family room at the ground level. Room is well specious and beautifully decorated. Bathroom is not second to the room. Although the hotel was graded as 3 Star Hotel, I can say the room facilities are almost at 4 Star grade. The leisure centre is exceptionally outstanding and well maintained the safety and hygienic standards. The outdoor hot tub was gorgeous. We spent good couple of hours there. Restaurant staff was really good and accommodate us quickly and comfortably. Breakfast was served with verity of fresh food. Only downside was the triangular shape toast bread they served separately to the table was not that pleasant. They should have served the bread with the toaster for the guest to toast it as individuals preference. If I return to Midleton, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel and already recommended to friends.

Gerry scored 1 / 5 on 22/06/2015

We had a poor experience recently at the hotel. This was because of a wedding reception taking place at the hotel. Shouting, roaring and fighting was the order of the night from approx 1am to 5am that prevented us from sleeping. There was no lock functioning on the bedroom door so we feared that it would be broken down at the height of the trouble. So we took up residence for a while in the toilet! Had there been no wedding there I'm sure everything would have been fine.

Mary scored 4 / 5 on 22/06/2015

Gerry scored 4 / 5 on 03/06/2015

Very good hotel - would recommend it. The food was good and the hotel was clean overall. The leisure centre was great. Plenty of parking, and and the rooms were quite spacious. The only reason i would not give a 5-star was because our double bed was really two single beds pushed together.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at this hotel prior to the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The kids club is a great facility although it can get quite busy. My son had dinner there while we ate ours in peace in the hotel. There is also a good deal main course, drink and cinema ticket (limited choice) which my older son was happy to avail of. |We all enjoyed the pool, joining in on the aqua aerobics was a bonus. We will definitely book again. I would give this hotel a high 4 star rating. TC

Rooms, Food and staff made the weekend break very enjoyable. The only downside was as it was halloween there was a party on and the music was very loud which woke us up even though we had requested a quiet room.Have stayed several times before and never had a problem.

Louise scored 5 / 5 on 26/11/2014

Lovely room with lots of space & the same with the en-suite bathroom. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed. The food was amazing & the staff couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

My wife and I stayed over the bank holiday weekend. This is an excellent hotel. The saying "First impressions" IS so true the young gent on reception was brill. He was local and made us very welcome. Food, staff and rooms were faultless. Keep doing it. P.S. We stay in hotels all over country every 3 weeks.

We stayed at the Midleton Park Hotel recently and very much enjoyed our stay. We found the hotel was situated very central and enjoyed a walk through the town. The town had plenty to offer with farmer's market on the Saturday morning and we also enjoyed a tour of the Midleton Distillery. There are two shopping centres close to the hotel if you want to go shopping. The hotel accomodation was very warm and comfortable and the food was very tasty and filling. We availed of the facilities in the leisure centre with a massage one of the afternoons. Our only disappointment was the outdoor hot tub was out of order during our stay but all other facilities in the leisure centre were top class. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and the leisure centre was accessible within the hotel. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Midleton Park Hotel to family & friends.

I came across your website by accident and was very attracted to the great value it offered. I stayed at the Midleton Park Hotel with my partner on Saturday 15 Feb 2014. The initial problem of not being able to access the room was a minor hiccup but as it took four times to rectify the problem I was getting a little fed up of hauling suitcases up and down to reception but nevertheless the staff were helpful and courteous and that could have happened anywhere so I wrote it off to bad luck. What I did not like was the fact that I asked at reception about the hot tub and they failed to tell me it was out of order and apparently had been for days. I had told reception that I was dying to get down to the pool to use the hot tub. A little honesty would have been appreciated. But what annoyed me the most was that I learned, long AFTER I could do anything about it, was that your organisation gives the Midleton Park Hotel (according to them) just €25 per couple to pay for the two course dinner that is included in the price (I don't know any hotel that would offer any food that could cover a starter and main course for €12.50). If that is the deal with the hotel then the guests should be notified. But of course if they were notified they wouldn't spend as much and the hotel would lose. The hotel blamed you saying that they have told you over and over that you need to make this clear on your website but to be fair, I think that they are the ones in the wrong. The hotel was clean, a little out-dated but warm and comfortable. I had a hugely frustrating incident on leaving the hotel as I had ordered a cake for my partner's birthday which was literally handed back to me on a tray uncovered and they then demanded the tray back from me !!!! Would I stay there again ? On balance no, not because of the hotel itself or the politeness of the staff, but because I was messed around regarding three separate issues and only two of them were dealt with reasonably.

We spent two nights over new Years Eve here and there were 30 of us including 10 children. We had a great few days and the hotel made us feel really welcome. Nothing was a problem. The food in the bar was delicious and not one member of our party including the children had a complaint. The night porter John was really lovely and deserves a mention as he looked after us very well!! The swimming pool and facilities were also really nice although I would say the restriction times for Children should be a bit more lenient. I have never been to a hotel were children only had 2 hours at certain times of the day to swim. All in all we would definitely return.

We attended a function in the hotel and stayed overnight. The room was great - lots of space, towels and extra pillows. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was also great - we joined another couple at their table after we had finished our breakfast and were offered a fresh pot of tea when the waitress was taking their order. I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay when in the area.

Nice hotel, accomodation was fine. Most of staff were lovely and very friendly. Highlight was the outdoor jacuzzi which was lovely to relax in. Unfortunately, there was a wedding in the hotel on the second night of our stay - our room was directly over the courtyard and as the weather was lovely, the band played outside - the noise was so loud that we couldn't even hear the television in our room. When I complained to the manager the next day, he told me several times that "unfortunately, we're just that kind of hotel". I felt that they could have taken consideration of the fact that we were not part of the wedding party and could have located us elsewhere in the hotel - but his attitude was that the hotel was fully booked.

I was very pleased with the hotel overall,we travelled to cork for a wedding and didnt arrive until midnight but late check in was no problem they were very accommodating and we could even have drinks on arrival. We could get an iron & board brought to the room and housekeeping even called on the first morning to check if we needed anything.Breakfast was perfectly cooked.Room was spotless and very spacious however for some reason we found it very warm, heating was off and windows open but the bathroom and bedroom were extremely warm.I would definitely recommend this hotel, very good value for money.

The breakfast was great, and the family room was really spacious and clean. They provided a cot with a Minnie Mouse blanket which made our daughters day! The only critisism i have is the pool was too cold (even the kiddies pool) and the hot tub wasn't working which was disappointing. Other than that I can't fault it and will definitely go back again.

Hi Recently stayed 2 nights in Midleton Park Hotel. The staff there were most gracious and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Throughout our stay staff provided a first calss welcome and service. The room was ready for us and nicely fitted. Breakfast was most enjoyable and fist class service from very plesant staff. Some small points we feel need attention and would enhance a stay: 1) bedroom was very hot even with heating turned off and windows open. 2) the douve was too heavy and no alternative bed cover available. 3) the idea of soap only available from a tube takes no account of people who may have arthritis or other problems with their hands and sitting in the bath how do you reach the only soap (which is also in a tube)upon the shower shelf? These are 'not the end of the world matters' and would not stop us from revisiting your hotel at another time. We also booked a family room as a gift for our daughter and was disappointed to learn that initially they were given a room with one bed and when queried this with Receiption were moved to another room with a camp bed for their eight year old child - not what we had expected . They survived as they were only staying one night. Yours P Mulligan

I stayed at the Midleton Park Hotel with my husband and two young kids during the May bank holiday weekend. I chose this hotel as it is very well situated near various attractions such as Fota Wildlife, Leahy's Open Farm, indoor and outdoor playgrounds and of course beautiful beaches. We had a very nice stay, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, the room was very big and clean, the beds comfy. The room did get quite warm at night (but I find this the case with most hotels), and unfortunately we were on the ground floor so I didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open at night. The bathroom was nice and big too. The Leisure centre was good, quite a small pool and tiny kids's pool but the kids had a ball nonetheless and the pool was very clean. The best part of the hotel for the kids was the play zone which they discovered just as the kids club was finishing up on Saturday night. It was supposed to be open from 11am on Sunday, but when my husband brought the kids down in the early afternoon it was closed. They did go to the kids club around 7pm and even though there were only 3 kids, the girls running it were so lovely and still made a big effort. The kids wanted to go back the next day! The bar food was nice but a bit pricey I thought and there was a long wait especially with the kids meals, even though we asked for them to be brought out as soon as they were ready . One waiter in particular was very good and great with the kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and I stay there again for a family break as the hotel is in a great location and very child friendly.

Four of us went to The Midleton Park for a short Mothers day treat, from the very start we were made welcome by the receptionist (cant remember his name) but he was extremely helpful. We went to the spa and three of us had fabulous treatments, the girls in the spa were soooooo nice, the massage i had was a full hour and well worth the money, two of the ladies had facials and they also took a full hour, REALLY good !! We had dinner in the bar and enjoyed everything, the menu was good and had a variety of dishes. I had the curry, beautiful ! Definatley going back again as soon as we can.........great value for money too

Fantastic hotel. All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The dining area and grub was great with a fire in the centre making it very homely. The room was great and very spacious. The hotel is very close to town and easy to get to all East Cork/ Waterford attractions - Ballymaloe House, Youghal, Fota Wildlife Park, Lismore Heritage town, and of course the Jameson distillery. There's plenty to do and see in this unassuming area and a stroll down the main street of Midleton is very pleasant with some nice little shops along the way. But the icing on the cake for me was the leisure centre. Fantastic gym, and swimming pool, and of course the outdoor hot tub. The weather was really cold when we were there, and to have that cold breeze in your face and the rest of you submerged in hot bubbling water was just heaven. Id nearly move down there for use of that hot tub alone. Will definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay in the Midleton Park Hotel. The bedroom was big and airy and the bathroom was spotless. We ate in the Park Bar and the food was very good and plentiful. We didn't get over to the gym or swimming pool or hot tub but intend to use it the next time we stay in the hotel. We also enjoyed our breakfast on the two days we stayed in the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Midleton Park to anyone looking for a good hotel which provides a very good service and is also good value for money.

absolutely loved the atmosphere in this hotel the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was also fab! The swimming pool was fab it was nice and warm and we spent alot of time in it as it was the key feature of the hotel along with staff friendliness. would stay again if we could have changed rooms as whoever was in the room beside us was very noisy but that was not the hotels fault. Would defo stay again

Found Hotel staff very friendly and accomodation. Evening meals were excellent in the bar area, again staff very efficient and very pleasant. Breakfast was very good also. We found the heat in rooms and corridors a bit too intense. some of the bedroom furniture. could be replaced as starting to get that shabby look. Enjoyed the leisure centre expecially the gym, and hottub, however was not impressed with steam room, and jaqcussi could do with some nice new tiles. I would recommend this hotel to my friendsl .

Have too thank the staff for a wonderfull October bank holiday break. I have never stayed in a hotel were every member of the staff are as friendly & accomodating as this hotel. My Six year old had a ball in the Kids club & still talks about the games played & her hand print on the wall of the play area. Location wise the hotel is second to none & with easy access to Fota island Zoo & beaches,I still can't believe how cheap the break was ! Can't wait to come back

Had lovely weekend break here recently. Great breakfast in the morning, location is excellent, Midleton is a bustling town with lovely shops and restaurants, hotels is close to Foto and Youghal with plenty of activities for children. Also, only a short hop into Cork city. Staff always very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and big and the pool is a good size also. My only tiny gripe would be the lack of nice toiletries in the bathroom! Small issue, everything else was great. Would stay again, excellent value for quality hotel.

This was a nice hotel. We have just come back from a 2 night stay. We had booked a family room as we were 2 adults, 2 children but on arrival we were put into a triple room and when we informed reception they arranged for a cot bed to be put in the room but i felt a little unhappy with this as it was not what i booked as i had specifically looked for a hotel in the area that would have 2 double beds available. However on pointing this out we were moved to a family room without any hassle. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and of a very high standard as was the bar food. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were fantastic but my only criticism here would be the restrictions on the hours that children can use it which are 10am - 7pm which may seem like a long stretch but if you have plans to be out of the hotel for a full day then the kids cant avail of the pool facilities or you have to make a point of being back a bit early as we did to use the pool. I havent come across these restrictions in another hotel. All that said we had a pleasant stay although the room decor is a little dated. Not sure I would book again.

4 * Rating. Room was clean and modern. Friendly staff. Food lovely princes weren't. Bar food should have reflected bar prices not restaurant prices.. The food in the bar was too expensive. I would consider going back if the food rates were reduced/ Structured. They did have a €20 meal deal, but I didn't not much choice, and it still wasn't great value for money..

My husband and I brought my father-in-law, aged 89 to this hotel this week. The staff were very helpful and corteous. The hotel while being classed 3 star, would to my mind, be 4 star. The food was superb, and the service friendly and efficient. My only complaint that we were chargedextra on our bill for tea and coffe, (while I appreciate that a latte would be outside the tarriff). I believe that tea and coffee is covered by the LIDL deal. Won't stop me returning to the hotel, however.

Extremely family orientated and friendly. The food was very good and great value for money. The children were well catered for too In fact the only complaint we could muster was about the dreary weather but Thank God for the hotel's amenities as the visit to Fota had to be called off.

Great time spent at Midleton Park Hotel for a great Lidle price! Swimming pool fab and outdoor tub a dream - helpful team. Rooms spacious and clean and bathroom sparkling. Food not very good - we stayed two nights - first breakfast was lovely, sunday morn breakfast cold and looked as though had been reheated - I think they forgot to cook the black pudding!!!!! Bar food not too good - we ate there sat night and we won't do that again. Will return to hotel as great for children - especially with kids wi games etc.

The staff were very friendly. The food was of a very good quality. The leisure facilities were excellent. However this hotel lets itself down very badly in the bedroom department. The standards of hygiene in the bedroom were of a very poor standard and the bedroom was very much in need of a painting. The netted curtains on the bedroom window could do with a serious cleaning!! Its a terrible shame as I think this hotel has huge potential. The bedrooms let this hotel down.

Stayed with family members for 2 nights while attending a wedding in Ballycotton. Nice hotel, rooms comfortable, dining room staff excellent in manner & efficiency. Food was lovely & plenty to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay for the two nights. Only one observation (not a complaint) the lady who took payment really made a mess of it, didn't seem to know how many of our group had paid, so we fixed up total payment as we thought & were led to believe......, only to be called to the desk the next day requesting an outstanding balance of 60odd euro... bad policy where you have people on a budget in this current job crisis thinking they have paid in full and what's left in their pocket is spending money. Especially if you are attending a family wedding as we were.

Bedroom was very clean and comfortable and a good nights sleep is guaranteed as this is the quietest hotel i have ever stayed in. Had a pleasant two night stay although i doubt that we will be back in a hurry as there are plenty of nicer hotels at the same price.

Stayed the weekend the 5/8/11 with two young children aged 4 and 8. Really enjoyed our stay. Very child friendly. The girls in the kids zone were excellent, very professional and helpful. The bar staff and bar food was excellent. A very high level of scrutiny was present in the swimming pool. At the childrens swim times, there was a life guard on duty at all times, seated at the edge of the pool. It was this level of detail which ensured a very plesant stay. Will definitely be returning. Thank you from the Kehoe family.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Midleton Park Hotel. We arrived on Holy Thursday and stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids. My little girl was disappointed that she could not attend the kids club on the Thursday night as it was fully booked up (I think it takes a maximum of 14/15 kids). So maybe anyone attending with kids should pre-book to avoid disappointment. However she managed to get booked in for the second night and really enjoyed it. The room itself was a bit drab but was fine. I had requested that I wanted a double and two singles when I booked and I was glad to see that this was done, which impressed me. The shower wasn't great though and I should have brought this to their attention, but didn't. The foods was very good. It's a shame that the hotel dont offer a self service breakfast like a lot of hotels. The leisure centre was great and the kids really enjoyed it also. All in all, I would certainly recommend this hotel especially to families as it has a lot to offer and the fact that it is within walking distance of the town, cinema, playground etc. was an added bonus. Plus, if there are men out there like my husband and enjoy shopping in Army Surplus Stores, there is a fine store just across from the hotel ,within walking distance. Thanks to the staff at the hotel and to Lidl Hotel breaks, offering fantastic value.

We stayed at the hotel over the Easter Weekend. Our stay was excellent and the hotel etc met our expectations. The staff throughout are a credit, nothing was a hassle. A nice touch was an Easter Egg given to our children on the Sunday morning. We had a spacious room overlooking the garden. The only issue was on Sunday evening when there was a live band playing, we have to close the windows and the room got very warm. We would stay here again. An onsite playground in the garden would be a great addition to the hotel, the bar would also benefit from direct access to the garden to enjoy evening drinks etc. Overall we had a great time!

I together with my family had a really nice stay in midleton hotel . The hotel is really well situated with cllose proximity to great retail outlets. The rooms and leisure were also really lovely. My only complaint however was having booked a table for 8.30pm and really wanting to stick to a budget we were told that the food on the menu we were entitled to was all gone. Having taken our booking and knowing we were on the lidl breaks they should have ensured that they were able to meet our food needs. Other than that a lovely stay was had by all. We satyed through lidl breaks at this hotel on 12th February 2011. We got a deal of 49 each including dinner, b and b and meal. Arrived at hotel and staff were friendly. Slept on ground floor. Hotel and rooms decor very dated but mean thing clean. Our room had 2 double beds which were comfortable. Adequate amount of tea and coffee. Bathroom was large and clean. We went for meal in the restaurant. On booking the hotel it said that we would get a 2 course meal and tea/coffee. When we arrived they handed us a voucher for 20 euro each and said if we wanted more expensive courses we'd have to pay for them which i thought was quite tight on there part. Anyway we went into restaurant and sat near the door, It was cold and noisy so we were moved to another table. We went for the valentines menu which gave us 5 course meal and a glass of presecco for 30 euro each which was good value. I must say the meal was delightful and one of the best I've had in some time. Portions were large and well presented. On the negative side service was slow and they only had one waiter serving everyone. The next morning I went to the gym which I was very impressed with. It would have to be one of the nicest gyms I've ever used in all the hotels I stayed in. Breakfast was good as well and we were happy with the whole experience.

We stayed in the Middleton Park Hotel for 1 night in January 2011 and I have never experienced such professional and courteous service by staff. The hotel was impeccably clean and spacious and we will certainly return for a future break. A real find !!!

The Lidl price for the hotel was good value as it is normally double the price. I would not stay in this hotel again it was not a friendly or comfortable stay. The rooms were very dated, but the bathrooms were nice. The beds were uncomfortable and there were ripped cushions, holes in the curtains and lampshades that weren't fitted properly. It looked badly kept. The worst thing about the stay was the heat in the rooms it was extremely hot and we could not sleep, on both nights we had to leave the windows open and then the noise from outside kept us awake, as well as the heat. The staff were not friendly, we were getting a taxi from the foyer of the hotel and it was raining outside so I had my hood up and I went in to put an emoty drink into a bin and I was asked what I wanted by staff at reception and then told to go outside and down the street to the bus stop to use a bin!! The dates we had booked in via the Lidl website were alsi incorrect, I had my reservation printout and I rang ahead to the hotel so it was changed in time, but they had us down to arrive 2 days later than we had booked. Overall not a very good stay, I'd prefer a b and b in Midleton.

We were very impressed with the level of service at the Midleton Park Hotel. We stayed one night for a family event at the hotel and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a really cold evening and the fire was lighting in the bar and the rooms were lovely and warm. We had a main course in the bar shortly after we arrived - food was very good and again the service was efficient and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was very good and again helpful and efficient staff. Had stayed there once before but found our visit this time to be a more memorable experence. Would definitely stay again. The car park which we overlooked was a bit noisy for about 15 - 20 minutes around 3:30am as there was another event on in the hotel that night and they seemed to leave around that time - otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

We just got back from a one night stay in the Midleton Park. The room was clean and spacious and a great size for a family. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and have a lovely dinner in the cafe bar. All in all a nice hotel to stay in at a great price!

we stayed in the Midleton weekend 11th June for 2 nights bed and breakfast and evening dinner on the Lidl break. Hotel was lovely, room was very spacious, staff very friendly. The restaurant was closed for dinner and we had to eat in the bar both nights, but the food was absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend the Hotel very highly, nice location, the town of Midleton I really liked. I would defintely go back again. I also loved the leisure centre and the outside hot tub.
