Lovely hotel, gorgeous food, friendly staff, comfortable bed, extra towels and extra pillow in one of the cupboards in the room :-) all the essentials you would need are also in your room, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, shower gel, shampoo, body creams, tea and coffee etc. We will defo be back

Room was perfect, lovely and warm, bar was great, place was lovely, only downside I came across was being sold a voucher for dinner at reception without actually being told it was for a select menu (a very, very select menu). Other than that I would definitely visit again, I really enjoyed my stay.

Huge hotel, ample parking but charged at guest rate of 9 euro per night. Lovely foyer with spectacular light fittings and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Resident's bar offers a variety of seating within or in an adjacent area to watch the world go buy. It also features a snug type library area for a more private drink. Restaurant La Brassiere is pretty uninspiring from a decor point of view and it doubles as the breakfast area in the morning. The set menu with the deal is fairly limited, lots of supplements. There was a 60th party in an adjacent function room and the music was blaring throughout our meal which was very disappointing. This time of year, so close to Christmas, is possibly to be avoided if you prefer not to share what was for me a rare night away of good food, company and relaxation! Lesson learned the hard way. Between supplements and parking etc probably cost us 100 per person in the end.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Clayton Hotel. Staff were helpful and the check in was well organised. Both rooms and food were good. Would recommend it and will certainly use the hotel again when we need to fly out of Dublin Airport.

Not great, TV did not work properly, staff quick to respond although when we changed room TV was not a flat screen it was very old and should not be in operation. Bedrooms smelt of smoke even though smoking is prohibited. Not impressed that if you want herbal tea for breakfast there was an additional charge, which seemed mean considering I paid for breakfast to be included. Car parking was an additional 9 Euro on top of your stay. House keeping staff did not greet you in the morning as you passed them, courtesy towards guests would of been nice. Would not be back. Had car parking charge complimentary due to the complaint.

Very disappointed.Having stayed at previously Bewleys was disappointed at the Breakfast . Because I dring only green tea they charged me €2.75 for a green Tbag instead of the usual Tbag this was extra even though the breakfast was paid for. Also it was very degrading to have to ask for your hot breakfast.There was no tongs to help yourself you had to wait for someone to come and serve you.Then it was one sausage and rasher and you had to ask igf you wanted a second. The hot food was also only warm. We were just returning from a holiday abroad where the treatment was first class and where you were never made feel it was all about the profir margin. Hence you will have guessed we won't be going back after having stayed many times. A little note to management little things matter to customers, charging for tea on a €14.99 breakfast not a good strategy .While skimping on the breakfast might in the short term make you a few euro more long term it will only loose you customers.

We have stayed here on a few occacisions of late and found the bar area was very smokey and cold that was late nov we spoke to duty manager on it and he said it was due to a problem with vents in kitchen, as it happened we stayed there again last week and found the hotel room and the bar area cold the heating in room is just a small electric heater with a very low output not nice for any hotel. We are due to stay there in February hope there will be an improvement as we will not be returning any more

The room was lovely and clean. Staff were lovely. However the food in the restaurant was awful. We had salmon and hake. Not fresh fish and seemed as if it had been cooked in the microwave.

I stayed here with my 2 children and their grand mother. It was a very comfortable hotel we arrived after 10pm after a long day driving, we checked in with ' Stephen' ( he was fantastic to deal with, very friendly to both of my children 4 and 12 and chatty with myself and my mother) he booked us quickly and efficiently as all were tired. He was extremely friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The room and beds very comfortable and good size for a family and breakfast variety very good. We would stay here again!

Nice, very large airport hotel with modern decor in lobby, restaurants and bar areas . Bedrooms are plain and simple, very clean with spacious counter space. Bathrooms have good water pressure and showers work well. Showers can be slippery since there are no bath mats to stand on in tub. Rooms can use a box of tissues. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Free transportation to and from the sirport in an old large bus. Unfortunately, we had a very slow moving bus driver , walking out to the bus at a snails pace with his mug of coffee or tea on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at noontime. He was full of talk with his male coworkers, who helped to delay him even longer in getting the bus on the go to the airport. Glad I wasn't catching a plane that day from Dublin Airport! Slow as molasses! Good grief!

This is now an excellent hotel since it was taken over by the Clayton group (Was Bewleys) It has even been upgraded to 4 star and well deserved, the restaurant and lounge areas have been completely renovated,now nice and cosy.There is an excellent chef there Mark.

This Hotel is ideal for anyone taking an early flight from Dublin Airport. Take the stress out of travel and enjoy a good nights sleep. Hotel has a great shuttle which runs every 20mins. When we arrived back in to Dublin Airport after mid night the bus was also waiting to bring us to the Hotel. Staff fast and efficient in all departments. Rooms clean and warm. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the following morning. Lovely food served in the restaurant each evening. Great Christmas Atmosphere in the Lobby and Bar area. 24hour breakfast available, you also have a coffee area available 24 hours a day for sandwiches etc. Great Hotel.

Hotels staff were lovely and Janine was very helpful .... Only thing was disappointed about was parking fee.,, we stayed there and parking should have been free , so we might not book again because of this.

They could not find my booking. Thy where put out that I used bargain breaks for my booking and billed me for the deposit that I paid to bargain breaks. Receptionist said she never heard of bargain breaks !!!!. I use them all of the time. Lifts not working, Fire alarm going off at 22 00 hrs. Stay away Frank C

2 complaints(1) left breakfast table unattended for coffee, breakfast cleared when we returned (2) checked in after 11pm on 29/10 a struggle to get a drink, no fault of the young lad serving at the snack bar. Could'nt get drinks ordered, no service from the bar. Eventually got drinks, no mixer, was advised by reception go to machine in lobby for mixer. Not very professional. Good value get the logistics right?

We stayed here before jetting off on our honeymoon. Fab hotel. Great location. Staff are lovely and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included in our rate but we were leaving before the restaurant opened and upon check in the receptionist told us to pop to reception before leaving and we got to take away a continental breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here especially if jetting off early in the morning.

Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly.Not too far from the airport or the city centre. Hotel room was not the most modern. Bathroom was not clean. We only stayed one night and rather than waiting until we checked out the cleaning staff knocked on the door before 9 am to clean the room. There is a sign to say wait to be seated for breakfast which we did but the table had not been cleared so the waitress told us to go and get our breakfast and she would clean it. However when we came back with our breakfast our seats had been given away. Breakfast area is a bit disorganized and food was disappointing.

This hotel is the same as it was as a Bewleys except for "Clayton" on everything and new very thick pillows. Room service is temporarily suspended. Staff all very helpful and interested in making sure you are taken care of. Airport shuttle comes & goes every 15-20 minutes. There is a new Topaz across the road with hot food. Breakfast is buffet, with full Irish, cheeses & meats, cereals, fruit, yogurt & gluten-free bread station. Good value with LiDL breaks.

Great hotel. Staff very friendly. Great location for what we had to do in Dublin. Kids loved our room with a view of the planes coming in as we were at the front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay in a clean room. Would have been handy to have some shower gel as when you carry hand luggage only on the plane you cant really carry toiletries and arriving late at night you are a bit stuck.

My wife and I stayed at Bewley's Airport Hotel, for the first time, on Thursday, April 30 for one night. This hotel is not easy to find when driving. However with phone directions provided by hotel staff, we found it and parked in the underground parking lot. Check in was smooth and delay-free even though there were many guests being helped. Our room was OK although the chair seat cushions were stained and the TV was an older, bulky CRT type. Our observation was that both the room and bathroom were rather sparse ...... no tea or coffee facility in the room and the bathroom was devoid of basics such as facial tissues (Kleenex), hair conditioner, shower cap. Getting a light evening meal in the busy bar/lounge area was a challenge - one had to aggressively chase down a server - but it fulfilled our needs. In the interest of burning off calories, we tend to avoid lifts and use the stairs whenever possible. After depositing our luggage in our room, we went to use the stairs which had nice glass walls and a view. Once we entered the stairway, we were careful where we stepped as it appeared that someone had 'upchucked' a red coloured meal onto the landing and stairs. Imagine our surprise when we realized that the tile used in the landing and stairs actually included this 'design' pattern ! Breakfast was just excellent ...... good enough to die for !! We travel frequently and we were also very impressed with the staff in the reception area. In addition, kudos to the Lidl-Breaks.ie staff who went above and beyond to resolve a booking issue (of our creation) with hotel management. We will use Lidl-Breaks and stay at this hotel again.

I booked this hotel for the night i came back from Holidays, as our flight was scheduled to get in just before midnight, and I didn't fancy trying to trek back home to sligo at that hour! The first thing I have to say is that this deal is just incredible value, on the bewleys website, I had been quoted €200 for a room only booking, so for b&b for 2 people at only €75 it was too good a deal to surpass. The only fault I have is that within the airport it had stated that shuttlebuses went from Zone 4, but in fact the shuttle bus for any hotels go from Zone 14, so it meant we were waiting a while before we got to check-in. The bus was brilliant though, it runs every 20 mins for 24hours, and as we were getting the bus back to sligo from the airport, we had free, convenient transport back to the airport. There's plenty of luggage storage also. The staff were polite and helpful, there is a secured luggage storage room. which we made use of in the morning. There is also an express checkout section where guests simply have to drop keys into a box and leave, which saves time and hassle when checking out of a room. The foyer, bar, breakfast room and restaurant area are all furnished to a really high standard, and it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible, with a massive selection catering to all diets and tastes - we were thankful to see great selection of fruits etc, especially after a holiday when you want 'proper' food. There is a disparity in the interiors and quality of finish between these areas of the hotel and the accomodation. The hallways and rooms were basic and functional and a bit dated, but everything was spotless, and the bed and sheets were comfy and of good quality. It was the perfect option for us and for anyone that just needs somewhere to stay during a short amount of time. Naturally, I would assume if one was to book through the hotel's website, a more modern, better room would be given, but for the price we paid I can't fault it (stayed June 18th 2015)

Pleasant stay. Room was comfortable & staff courteous. Check-in was quite busy and somewhat unorganised. Breakfast was very busy and the selection was not so good as food did not appear to be replenished later in the morning. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for aiport and shuttle bus service is efficient.

Hello, My wife and I stayed here on Friday night 9th May 2015. Late Ryanair flight and no bus to our home. It was 2am by the time we got to your hotel so very late check-in. Requested shuttle bus using the courtesy phone at the airport. Promised in 10 mins. 30 mins later no bus. We were waiting in the area marked "Shuttle Buses" [Zone 4]. I got on the phone again and I admit was a little angry with the person on the desk. He politely informned me the shuttle bus was there but in Zone 14 "Coach Park". Shouldn't the Shuttle bus park in the space identified as "Shuttle Bus" ? Next step was a PURE DISASTER : on arrival at the front desk the Night Manager informed us he had "bad news" : hotel was overbooked and there were no rooms available. This was 2am. I was so tired I hadnt the energy to get mad. I just sat down on a chair and waited for the taxi to your sister hotel in Ballsbridge [which he was arranging, taxi free-of-charge]. 10 mins later - he walked over to us and informed us he actually had a room available after all. Not on top of his game was he ? Why didnt he know he had an empty room ? Got to our room and collapsed into the bed. Woke later [the same morning] at 10am and downstairs for breakfast. Your restaurant is dis-organized : it is not clear which Customer is paying and who is not [we had breakfast vouchers]. While eating our breakfast, we witnessed one "unpleasant scene" at the checkout where this confusion spilled over and I have to say I felt sorry for the checkout person. How do you distinguish between a [prepaid] Customer and one who has to pay for every extra item they eat ? Your restaurant is also FAR too big and space is not well utilised. Front desk Checkout was VERY FAST and the lady that helped us while a 'trainee' was 100% competent, mannerly and efficient. I'm not finished yet : we went outside to board the shuttle bus for the Airport, Bus full and Bus Driver arrived. However he then got on the walkie-talkie and proceeded to request a colleague to relieve him for his break. Our bus-driver volunteered [aloud to us all] that he had no problem waiting 10 mins for the relief driver to arrive. What about his passengers ? Were we asked ? Had we tight schedules ? As it happened, we didnt but that is not the point. Came across as very un-professional. That was our experience at your hotel. I'm not a cranky person - perhaps too honest sometimes. But if you are genuinely interested in improving your hotel, you have plenty of raw material here .... ?

First time staying here on April 30. Reservation staff (and Lidl-Break staff) went above and beyond to accommodate our changed schedule. Not an easy hotel to find for first-time driver. Reception staff were exceptional. Room was spacious although spartan .... no tea or coffee making facilities, old CRT type TV, and stained seat cushions. Really nice tiled bathroom but again spartan ..... no facial tissues (Kleenex), no hair conditioner, shower cap or body lotion. Breakfast was superb. Shuttle bus service very convenient. Price was reasonable. We used the stairs rather than the lifts whenever possible and the glass walls allowed excellent light and views. However, when we first used, the tiled floor and stairs looked like someone had 'up-chucked their carrot-coloured dinner all over ...... but, it turned out to be the tile pattern ..... IMHO - not at all attractive. Will stay here again.

Stayed here before travelling on a weekend away. Pre paid parking online was an excellent service. The complementary bus to the airport was very frequent and the drivers were helpful. Got the evening meal and breakfast offer on lidl breaks which was overall good value. However, felt like the dinner was a bit of a let down. The breakfast was great and there was a fantastic selection of fried foods, cereals, continental items and drinks. The room was spacious. We booked a double room and we had a double bed, single bed and sofa in our room. The staff were helpful and attentive. The alcohol prices are very high. Enjoyed our stay. Will return again.

Myself and a colleague stayed for 3 nights for a course we were attending nearby...The staff were excellent, on arrival we asked for a quiet room and directions to the training venue and they were more than happy to oblige. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I was worried the quality of the food would be compromised because it was so cheap but we needened have, the food was good quality with a good selection to choose from. Overall.. Fantastic. 5 out of 5, we will be staying here again. I have only just discovered Lidl Breaks and have told all my friends. Thank you and well done, will definately be using you again. Have stayed at this hotel before and had a lovely stay so we went back again hotel rooms are grand and big for family rooms bathrooms are nice only problem was the shower but second time staying was a little bit of a let down we had dinner on both nights and first nite my partners food was not cooked the way he ordered so he was disappoint and the next note I ordered chicken and to our surprise it to was not cooked right either I didn't eat it could have been really nasty if I had under cooked chicken that's bad turned me right off but really need to talk to their kitchen staff very rude :(

Our stay at Bewleys Dublin Airport was excellent . Food was excellent and rooms were very comfortable. On leaving the hotel, we had to pay parking bill of €9 . This was unexpected. Other hotels with similar parking charges have always paid parking for me when requested eg Clarion Hotel Liffey Valley. However, this hotel refused.

Very good hotel clean bright spacious and comfortable hotel. I will be back again. However, food in the bar and drink very expensive overpriced but very good hotel but I enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

Location was fab - bedrooms & bathrooms fab - bar was expensive €3 for a still water ???? €2.85 for a club orange ???? Service in the restaurant was very slow. We had a group of 6 people - one had to re-order a starter and another got the wong main course. Then had to plead for teas & coffees in the end. There might have been 100 guests in the restaurant and only six people serving ???? We did get an apology and a discount from the bill but still........................

Really enjoyed Bewleys hotel Dublin airport for our nights stay. Staff were so friendly and kind. Food was lovely. We always stay here when in Dublin.near airport and Beaumont hospital.

I have stayed here before and the hotel continues to provide comfortable, well-appointed accommodation and good food at a very reasonable price. Although we weren't travelling from the airport on this occasion, the location of the hotel and the shuttle bus make for a convenient overnight stop for air travellers. Although the bedroom was well-appointed and had everything that we needed - including tea/coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board, trouser press, etc., only liquid soap was provided in the bathroom - so if you are particular about your soap, your shampoo or your shower gel bring your own! We will return.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay with breakfast at Bewleys,Dublin Airport on the 17th May.The new bar is really nice and there was a great buzz about the place.I have stayed here many times and find the price very reasonable and the hotel very comfortable.The staff are very nice too.

rooms were spotless and cosy hotel reception staff were slow but gud .breakfast staff were as sour as sour lemons particularly restaurent manager everything was a hassle no bread out or cups ect .floors and tables not cleaned enough breakfast was very good tho .

I recently stayed at Bewleys Duplin Airport as we had a family funeral to attend locally. I was not happy with our stay at all. I have never stayed in a Hotel that didn't even provide so much as a Shower Cap! I asked the Girls in accommodation and was told I could BUY one. I think its a disgrace that I would have to buy a shower cap its a basic need for a lady, I have never stayed in a Hotel before and not been provided a shower cap. The soap dispenser in our room wasn't even working, and we had to use the cheap shower gel provided. The shower temperature swung from boiling hot to freezing cold. Our bed sheets stunk of TCP it was disgusting. The bar closed very early and if you wanted to have a drink you had to buy a coke sized can of beer at a cost of €5! You also have to pay for Parking, and there isn't even as much as a tea spoon on the tables in the restaurant for Breakfast (which was only satisfactory), I know its an Airport Hotel but I felt unwelcome here, Bewleys Dublin airport has a "Fend for yourself, your only stopping over" kind of attitude. I am an avid user of Lidl breaks and have paid the same price at other Hotels and felt very welcome and they didn't scrimp on the "trimmings". This hotel is suitable for Business types only, who literally just need a bed to rest there head.

Lovely Hotel. Friendly staff. Massiv restaurant. Child friendly hotel. No swimming pool. Took ages to get to Airport with shuttle service. 40 mins in total (including the wait for the bus outside the hotel)

Great welcome at the hotel, food was fab service was 100% couldn't fault Kamel and his team. Only problem I had was the €9 overnight car park fee.... if you pay €100 for your nights stay like you do in any other hotel you are not charged to park your car!!

Styed here on a b &b plus dinner basis. Great shuttle bus service and bus driver most helpful. Plesantly surprised at size of bedroom. Dinner very nice and breakfast also lovely would stay here again.

We have the Bewleys Hotel booked because our flight to Germany has already started the next morning at 7 clock. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room clean and tidy. Unfortunately it was not possible to take us to breakfast, as this was only opened at 6.30 clock. We got a packed breakfast on the way, a coffee and a croissant at the hotel would have preferred. The room was overlooking the airport and very noisy. The night was to hear a car alarm for every 10 minutes. Sleep was hard to think. We drove to the airport very tired the next morning. We will not repeat the stay but choose another flight times.

The rooms were spotless, the staff very friendly, and the food was lovely only fault was no veg with the main course as i love my veg, other than that had a very nice stay their and would stay their again and would recommend it.

Stayed 3 nights at Bewleys airport hotel.We had a very pleasant stay,Food was good ,shuttle bus is a great service to and from airport,The room was a good size and had everything you would need,Was a bit stuff at night but we opened the window and that solved the problem,All in all we had a great stay and with Lidl Breaks it was good value,Will be back for sure , Bill Donegal

when i arrived the hotel had no confirmation of my booking. i had reference code which they never recieved between gsbreaks and that hotel was confirmed. we spent a long time at reception with a lot of confusion, also hotel was booked out. eventually they got me the family room..so we were not impressed with the way it was handled.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are spacious, specially the family room. The food served in the restaurant and bar were good and affordable. But all the good things stop there. We checked in around 8pm in the evening. They told us, they didn't get our reservation. The front desk told us that Lildbreaks didn't confirmed our reservation. We had to wait for a long time to get to our room. They even told us to print our reservation or else they can't give us a room. The way the situation handled was not in a professional manner. Although, the front desk eventually apologizes for all the inconvenience. We thought that's the end of our problems and we can finally enjoy our stay. Then the morning comes. We booked for a B&B, so we prepaid our breakfast. When we get to the restaurant, the cashier told us, "I can't see your names here. Your booking doesn't include breakfast. You should check the front desk for that." And the way she talked to us was very rude. At first, I thought I heard wrong, then I told her again, "I'm sorry can you check my reservation again please, I think they made a mistake." then the cashier said, "There's nothing I can do, check the front desk, it';s not here." I was furious, because her tone, and the way she looked at us was really, really upsetting. So my husband and I went to the front desk and told them the situation. What's upsetting is that, all the cashier have to do was to call the front desk, and yet she didnt do it!! We were so furious! We have stayed in diff hotels all over, and this is the first time we had this kind of experience. The staff of the hotel is the heart and soul of the business. I really think that it reflects the management of the hotel. And this is really bad. I told the front desk people about what happened, she just apologized, and brushed the issue aside. And that's not how it should be handled. We flagged this hotel as not so good to our community, so that our friends will not experience this too.

My Husband & I stayed at Bewleys Dublin Airport Hotal for 2 nights recently.. I can highly recommend this Hotel. Lovely warm atmosphere when you arrive and Staff very friendly. Rooms large and very comfortable and warm. Food excellent served by friendly staff. Shuttle bus collected us at Airport on arrival and on our return from Holidays. I would definitely recommend this hotal and it is definitely is 5 Star.

I stayed in Bewleys Dublin Airport hotel over the weekend and I will definitely be returning ..... The hotel on a whole was just lovely, the reception area was very spacious and the staff excellent. We where on and Bed and breakfast basis but we also had a meal in the Brassery restaurant which was just excellent the food was beautiful and very reasonable. The only downfall I have was the car parking charges to hotel residents I thought this would have been FREE or a a better reduced rate as we had two cars parked overnight !!!!! ....

Hi we enjoyed our stay at the hotel we didnt have breakfast but looking at other reviews we wish we did.But on night of arrival i had Irish Stew which was very tasty..Our little girl fell and banged her head on a table and a waitress was very helpful getting us ice for her bump. The rooms were very clean,and the view of arriving planes was brillant and caused no noise what so ever. Was disappointed we had to pay for our car seeing as we were guests 8euro per night..I would like to stay there again tho. Les from Donegal

I stayed in Bewleys Airport Hotel on Friday night. Check in was fast even though we didnt arrive until after midnight. Our room was big with a bouble bed and a single bed. The room was clean and there was tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in an Irish hotel, there was a graet selection of cooked food as well as cereals, pastries and bewleys tea and coffees. Will def stay here again!!

Went for an overnight to get away from mad house. Staff great, room very comfortable with all mod cons. Bar lacking in atmosphere but very lively. Evening meal average, breakfast good. Overall great value with Lidl-Breaks and very easy booking.

Hello Spent one night bb and breakfast 2 persons On exiting the lifts on the corridor found the ice machine and shoe polisher in shappy condition. The room was adequate. Shower caps should be left in the bathrom instead of having to go down to reception. On late arrival found bar staf friendly and accomodating. Due to size of hotel can be impersonal at times. jmn

Hello, Stayed one night bb plus breakfast 2 persons. Some aspect of the hotel were disapointing . On exiting lifts to our room the corridor looked shabby with broken ice machine and shoe polisher very evident. Room was adequate, shower caps should be provided in bathroom, instead of having to ask in reception. Bar staff on late arrival friendly and accomodating. As the hotel is very big it can feel impersonal at times Regards John Mc Namara

Check in was quick,staff throughout were pleasant especially one young man in restaurant.I thought the room was cold which is strange for hotel rooms as they are usually warm.Unfortunately we did not have breafast as we had an early flight.
