Reviews for `HAMPTON BY HILTON BELFAST CITY CENTRE`

Perfectly located next to Central Train and Bus Station. Great access to the city center. Welcome from reception was top class. The first day the hotel did have a water supply outage which was an area wide problem. However, the staff did seem quite junior and not have a clear idea on how to handle it from a customer service point of view. Eventually we did manage to get 2 small bottles of water to make tea. The hotel room was very good. Perhaps as a twin room a second chair would be good. A guide to control the heating system would be good - via QR code for example. Our room was cold at times and I had not clue on how the heating worked. Tea and coffee making is possible but a fridge is not available. Breakfast between 6 and 10. Breakfast selection is very good and plentiful. However, the layout of the service/buffet area is poorly thought out and need immediate improvmentment. For example serving tea, coffee and juices directly would eleviate the queuing. I found the staff to be very attentative and welcoming. We would return again because of the location and staff!

Nice budget hotel situated in Central Belfast. I stayed there over the Christmas holidays. Reception is located in the bar which I found a wee bit strange. Bedroom was clean big and very spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was ok with various choices. Great central location....a very short walk to the city centre, Grand Opera House, City Hall, Ulster Hall, Victoria Square, River Lagan, and all of the shopping, dining, and main attractions in Belfast. It is only five miles from George Best Belfast City Airport (BHD) and 20 miles from Belfast International Airport (BFS). I would probably use this hotel again as I liked its central location.

Lovely hotel, very central. Rooms were nice and clean, could do with some shelving/hanging space for clothes. Buffet breakfast had a great selection, the waffle maker seemed a big hit with guests. Basic selection on menu for evening meals, would stay there again.

Checked in by a very pleasant/helpful young man at reception. Room was excellent, modern, clean, tidy, everything you needed in it. Bed was so comfy. Breakfast was busy but good to see it. Would have liked fresh porridge as opposed to make your own but everything else was more than pleasing. Will definitely be back again as it is handy to everything in Belfast.
