This hotel is perfectly adequate for a short stay. The rooms are quite basic, not much storage but clean. Our television wasn't working, but that didn't matter to us. The bathroom was quite worn but plenty of hot water, toiletries etc The location is very good, right in the city centre, with lots to do in the area. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff and we were able to check in early. The breakfast was very nice. I would return to this hotel the next time I was in Belfast.

The Maldron Belfast City offers comfortable rooms with a substantial breakfast (including freshly made porridge and poached eggs on request) at competitive rates. The staff were warm and friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would rate the hotel 5 out of 5 if hotel guest parking facilities were on site.

lovely experience from start to finish, check in was seamless and room was ready early which was an added bonus. The young lady on reception was a dream to deal with both for check in and out. Room was spotless, breakfast was lovely. Location is ideal close to all amenities. definitely will book again

Lovely hotel, we had a problem with the 1st room but we were changed with no issues at all. Very close to city centre, pubs and car parks. Breakfast was gorgeous too, would definitely stay again.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel about 5 mins walk from city centre. Rooms lovely, cosy, soundproof...maybe a little on the small side. Staff lovely and welcoming, seem genuinely interested when asking you about yourself etc. Breakfast was fabulous. Tidy and plenty of everything. Will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time at t Maldron Hotel except t rooms were very small.We are elderly ladies and t rooms had a double and single bed side by side with little room in between and we had to share a double bed which we do not like doing Everything else in t hotel was fine

I Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a lovely stay . Staff were very welcoming and professional. The rooms were very cosy and spotless clean. Location was perfect in the centre off everything and within walking distance. The car park is nit on site but is 10minutes walk across the Road . It cost 24 pound to stay fir 2 days card payment only. Highly recommend to all.

Friendly helpful reception staff. Checked bedding on arrival noticed the mattress protector was inside out. Stained mattress protector was quickly replaced. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We arrived early but our rooms were ready so the lovely girl at Reception let us check in early. Overall really good value for money, central location and great choice for breakfast. We had a lovely mini break. Only negative was the price of drinks at the bar- my husband had a pint of Peroni and I had a glass of wine - was pretty stunned that it came to £16.00!!!!

Rooms were immaculate. Excellent view of the City from the 12th Floor . Breakfast was really good . Great service. Good to see tables cleaned promptly and cleared . Check in was prompt and polite . Only blemish when leaving and collecting our luggage their was only one Girl on reception and we were in a hurry to collect our luggage and she was too busy to attend to us . When she did get around to us she was very rude and it seemed an inconvenience fir her to attend to us . Apart from that rude receptionist, the staff were excellent and and very friendly and professional.

The hotel was nice and clean, but we had to book in breakfast the next morning and couldn’t book any later than 8am (we tried to book when we checked in at 4pm and anyone who checked in later than us had to book for 7:30am). They also wouldn’t do room service.
