Not very happy with the meal we had
Some breakfast food ran out at the buffet i.e. bacon, pudding. No fried eggs on the menu. Tea ordered 4 times before it was finally served. Locked out of our rooms after breakfast, before the 11am checkout time. Chambermaid knocked and entered our bedroom before 10am, while we were still in bed.
Hotel great location and car park is near the hotel staff very friendly and helpful food excellent rooms very comfortable will definitely stay again
Food complaint..…great selection of food for breakfast but not very warm especially the scrambled egg.
Beautiful hotel great location and great memories made. Staff very helpful.
Lovely hotel, friendly staff.
Very comfortable, unfortunately it was extremely windy and it was very noisy but you can't blame the hotel on that
Fantastic staff. Lovely clean hotel. Nice breakfast very helpful young girl on reception. Only fault would be no plug sockets beside the bed or lack of plug sockets in general
Perfect location for a visit to the city. Also very enjoyable breakfast with great choice. Thank you.

Great hotel in the centre of Belfast, car parking at the back of hotel in NCP rate of £12.50 for 24 hours. Very clean hotel, rooms were lovely and well equipped, buffet breakfast has a great selection, staff were very friendly. Would stay again.
Good location, room a little small but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good.
We had a very enjoyable overnight stay in the Clayton hotel in Belfast recently. Room was clean and comfortable and food was good. Good value for money when booked through Lidl breaks
Lovely one night stay in the Clayton hotel in Belfast. Good value for money when booked through Lidl breaks. Room was comfortable and food was very good.
We booked two rooms for one night. The reception staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were high quality and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel location was ideal for the city centre and we would definitely return again.

Good Stay
Great location Great staff Relaxed atmosphere
Lovely staff, very accomadating to us as families with children, room and pool very clean, food very nice
Great hotel, excellent location. Very helpful staff. Lovely pool and gym. Nice food. Would definitely go back.
Extremely helpful and courteous staff, however the limited availability of swimming caused a lot of undue stress when travelling with a child with additional needs. We did not receive an email prior to our arrival and when we arrived at check in time we were advised there was no swimming available. Rooms are quite outdated and in need of painting but are clean. There was a travel cot in my room even though my son is 7. Good location and good service generally in spite of the current restrictions in place.
1 we weren’t on there system when I got there. I booked a family room don’t think I got one room consisted off a double & 1 single bed. Air conditioner didn’t work opened windows & there was a smell, looked out there was a dead bird. Have photo. Only booked this hotel for the pool for my two kids couldn’t get near the pool for our entire stay. Staff were nice not a good experience from start to finish. Thanks
