Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Never knew cleaning staff were even there yet everything left perfect. No noise in rooms. Heating was air conditioner so complete control. Will stay again

The rooms were good kept very clean. The hotel itself is very clean. The staff was brilliant made us very welcome soon as we walk in. The food was good and the entertainment was very good.

Great hotel in a quiet location. We stayed in a family room of 2 adults and 2 children (11 + 8) and the room was more than adequate for our stay of 5 nights. Staff were immensely helpful. They couldn't do any more for you. No request was too big. From housekeeping right through to management we found everyone to be helpful and willing to assist. Definitely recommend and will be keeping Shannon Springs top of the list if Iwe head to this part of the country again. ?????

It was a nice hotel but the room we had was over cooler units and was very noisy I would stay again but not in that room. Food was very nice and the staff were nice and friendly. Gluten free choices were limited which was disappointing as I had stated when booking that my wife was coeliac. I have felt that because we use Lidl breaks to book a room in various hotels we get given the lower quality rooms, maybe Lidl could look into that.

Mini breaks fantastic company to book with...Shannon Springs Hotel...will definitely be back...food delicious, staff so friendly and helpful, had small issue with one of our rooms staff moved us immediately, resturants, bar, outside bar, breakfast room all really nice, service really quick, good choice of food at breakfast and dinner, couldn't fault anything. Delighted with our stay.

From the min we arrived at the hotel we felt welcome our room was lovely as with four kids with us their was plenty of room and a travel cot set up for our baby we will definately be returning again

Hotel itself was modern in the lobby and downstairs, rooms, especially bathroom needs updating. Breakfast selection wasn't amazing but did the job. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

All bar staff need training . Impossible to get drink of choice with citrus fruit as asked . No staff member had common sense to go other bar or kitchen to replace . Nice hotel breakfast great staff there . Plenty of staff on duty but majority didn't know what they were doing

Hotel itself was fantastic lovely and clean staff was so accommodating restaurant was lovely food was lovely a great selection and served in good time breakfast was great brilliant selection again staff couldn't of being nicer however the room wasn't great as in wasn't hoovered carpet was pretty dusty lots of moths in the room wasnt at all inviting! I am aware there is refurbishment goin on maby that room was next on the list it didn't fit in with the hotel standard from the time u walked in til u got in the door of the room no air con but a fan was left in the room as the heat was unbearable both inside and out so that was nice! Overall I'd rate the hotel a 9 out of 10 the room a 5 out of 10 was very disappointed would have booked somewhere else for the second night only we were bearly goin to be there so stuck it out I would stay here again but I would request a room that is better as in the ones used on the sight for advertisement.

This was our 2nd time to stay here. We stayed last year in July for our 18th anniversary and this July for our 19th anniversary. This hotel is really lovely ???? the staff are fantastic in every way. Food was 5 stars ?? no matter what we ordered and cocktails where delish ???? we had one of each ???? if I had 1 fault it would be j on asked for Prosecco & strawberry’s in room for us on arrival bit that didn’t happened si j didn’t bring it to there attention. But all in all we will be back very soon ???? recommend

Beautiful hotel!! We had a fabulous time during our stay, the staff are very friendly, which made our stay even better. The food and décor in the hotel is outstanding and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was our first break away since last August! We experienced a truly wonderful weekend, a very happy & helpful Staff, gorgeous food and a Room Upgrade when we arrived! The hotel is truly amazing, friendly, clean and ideally located. It’s like spending a weekend with friends! We’ll definitely be back before the summer is out!

Apart from one minor problem on arrival which was sorted out immediately,the hotel is clean,friendly staff,plenty of car parking,room was spacious ,comfortable beds, food was excellent always freshly prepared,and extremely good value for money would definitely recommend it to anyone going to stay in that part of the country

My sister and I had a fantastic 2 night stay in Shannon Springs Hotel 30th-31st December inclusive. We enjoyed the whole experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The beds were comfortable and despite the hotel being very busy, it was not too noisy to sleep. The entertainment on both nights was amazing. We will definitely be coming to stay in Shannon Springs Hotel again soon. CH, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath :)

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary with our adult family of 4. We were really happy with our stay, the food was basic but lovely and fresh and our rooms were very comfortable and spotless. we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly, we would definitely go back and there is so much to do in the area.
