Travel Description

The Hotel is in the town center on Upper Castle street. We do not have onsite car parking due to our on street location, however, we do have a set down area for check in, public parking is available adjacent to the hotel and is free after 6pm. The Edward St. multi-story carpark is located less than 1 minutes walk from the hotel and is open from 7.30am to 7pm daily and provides secure overnight parking also.

Cancellation Description

Once you cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to arrival you will not incur a cancellation fee from the hotel. Cancellations that are made within 48 hours prior to arrival and no shows at the hotel will be charged the 1st night of the stay to your card. Please note that your booking deposit is non refundable.

First time staying at this hotel, however my wife and I really enjoyed our day stay. Great value for money. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Hotel ideally located in the town center close to all bars / restaurants / shopping. Fantastic "full Irish" breakfast next morning. Really impressed with the facilities.. We'll be back !!!

Great Hotel, Great location and very friendly staff. The food was delicious and the hotel was great value for money. I would defo go back!

Hi me and my girlfriend had a great time in Benners Hotel. I thought the staff were friendly made us feel welcome the evening meal and breakfast was excellent I told one of my friends and my parents I would go to this hotel again the next time and they should go as well. Regards David

Starting with the most positive point, the food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is central but there is a school behind it (not ideal for weekday stays) and niteclub below at the weekend. The lack of parking at the hotel and the one way system in operation meant it took us a while to find a parking spot. The room was clean but in need of updating. Happy enough for the price we paid.
