room was really nice and comfortable . The bar was very sociable but drink prices expensive with €7.50 for a sauv blan wine. The breakfast left a lot to be desired with no toast and no eggsso had to wait a long time for service and we were down before 9.00a.m.I would not recommend breakfast to anyone. tks Pat.

Hotel located just across from terminal building and bus stops - excellent value booking through Irishrailhotels.ie - stayed just the one night - room was fine everything worked - buffet breakfast was grand - staff came in contact with were all pleasant and helpful - following morning caught flight back to Edinburgh - no pressure - hope to stay again at this Park Inn in the very near future - good luck.

Really enjoyed our stay here (family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children). We stayed for 1 night before catching an early morning flight. Check in was efficient, staff were very nice and welcoming. We ate in the bar and the staff provided a childrens pack containing puzzles, crayons and jellies (this was a very nice touch) Food was nice and we sat beside an open fire. Christmas decorations also looked well. The hotel is literally 1 min walk to the airport (our main reason for choosing this hotel) Room was nice and spacious but the only fault was there was no bath just a walk in shower. Enjoyed our stay, thank you to all in the Park Inn Shannon Airport

We only stayed one night ( 9 Friday 11th Nov) with our energetic six year old granddaughter who was going on her first flight , Staff were fantastic particularly the girl ( we never got her name. we think she may been the manager) who worked in the bar and served dinner and was also there at breakfast and served our granddaughter with her passport and tickets for her surprise Santa flight, we cant thank her enough , I never considered this hotel before while staying in the Shannon region, But will definitely use it again when touring the west and midlands, overall great staff and food, and while rooms might need a little updating Staff alone make up for this, Joe Keenan

Arrived late in the evening as I was using it as for a sleepover to early flight to NYC. Reception staff very friendly, had quick bite to eat in the bar which was very tasty. Rooms very clean and fresh. Shower was really powerful. Breakfast had a great variety. Would return if flying out of Shannon airport again.

Absolutely wonderful. Family friendly, pleasant staff, convenient location, good food. We loved it.

A friendly clean hotel with comfortable bedrooms. Very good breakfast. But the decor does not fit into what a visitor to Ireland might expect. A more traditional Irish theme and colour scheme would make this hotel far more attractive to tourists. Bright lights and pastel colours in the bar and restaurant do not make for a restful atmosphere after a long journey.

have stayed in this hotel several times due to location. some recent upgrades with bathrooms which are nice. quiet, clean and a great breakfast. this stay the room we stayed in had a big problem with wind whistling in through the windows and we asked the front desk to send some one up to check it . no-one came. also front desk looks like it needs a good clean.

I booked this hotel on the 26th of March for the 28th of March through Todayfm breaks and got a booking confirmation reference number to my mobile phone. On arrival i went to reception and said i had a reservation, was asked my surname to which i was told there was no reservation in that name. I produced my mobile and showed the reference number which i was told did not appear on their system. I then had to open an e-mail which was also sent as confirmation of the booking, print it off and give it to the Lady at reception. I am not sure what she did then but after about 15 minutes we finally got the room. I am sure it was not the fault of the Lady at reception as she was only doing her job. We eventually got to the room which i must say was very clean and spacious, we ate in the bar and the food was great, we had a few beers, staff were very helpful and friendly. We retired for the night. Breakfast was buffet style and very nice. Overall a very good experience and would certainly visit again and would recommend to friends.
